Rates, Scholarships, and Discounts
2026 PROGRAM FEES
Camp fees are for one person and include a camp group photo and T-shirt. The final program cost is determined by the date postmarked on the registration form (see chart below). Brethren Woods encourages churches to provide financial support for campers. To receive this support, your pastor or camp representative must complete the church support box on the registration form, clearly indicating the specific amount of support. Churches will be billed at the end of the summer.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Helping Hands Scholarship Fund – Campers who cannot afford to come to camp may receive assistance through this fund. Full or partial scholarships, minus a $50 deposit, are available for children from local churches, social service agencies, and community organizations. Additional scholarships will be made available as resources allow and needs are expressed. Don’t let the cost of camp keep you from attending!
DISCOUNTS
Buddy Dollars Discount – Campers who recruit a buddy for a week long summer camp will receive a $50 discount off of their own camper fees and their recruited buddy will also receive a $50 discount! For day and half week campers, this discount is $25. This discount does not apply to members of the same household. The buddy cannot have attended Brethren Woods summer camp in the last three years. To receive this discount, have your buddy enclose a note with their registration form indicating that you recruited them and listing your full name, address, and phone number.
