Junior Staff

Brethren Woods has a Jr. Staff program for 15-17 year olds to work at leadership development, one part of our camp mission. This program teaches leadership skills and allows participants to spend time at camp learning what it means to be on staff and helping to run the summer camp program. Past Jr. Staff have had an incredible experience and played a vital role in the success of each summer.

We are looking for twelve youth (ages 15-17) interested in being part of our 2022 Jr. Staff. We would like to invite YOU to submit an application for this program. Jr Staff must commit to:

  • Attend a spring training weekend: May 13th-15th
  • Serve at Brethren Woods for two weeks of our summer camp program (As a Jr. Counselor, Support Staff, or Crafts, Nature, Kitchen or Maintenance Assistant)
  • Attend a program reunion and evaluation session (likely in early September)
