Thank you for your interest and RSVP for the Fall Family Night scheduled for this coming Saturday, October 10th.  Unfortunately, due to low registrations, we have made the decision to cancel the event for this year.  We hope to be able to offer similar events, like our Cabin Fever Family Night and Fall Family Night, again in the future.
While we are not having the official event, you are still welcome to come to camp on Saturday to enjoy time away on your own.  Bring a packed lunch or dinner.  Fish at the lake.  Play on the playground or basketball court.  Hike the trails.  If you are planning to still come to camp on Saturday, please reply to this email by Thursday, October 8th so we know to expect you.
Stay safe and keep healthy!
Your Friends at Brethren Woods

Everyone (yes, that includes YOU!) is invited to Brethren Woods for our FREE Fall Family Night - an evening with your camp "family" from 4:00-7:30pm! Like almost everything in 2020, this event will look a little different this year. We'll be limiting our numbers (please sign-up!) as needed to ensure that we can meet appropriate spacing and social distancing requirements, as well as wearing masks when inside buildings or interacting with others who are not part of your immediate family or group.

  • 4:00-5:30pm - Gathering and Recreation Bring your own equipment for fishing at the Lake or recreation at the Basketball Court and Mt. Lodge Playfield. Take a hayride around camp (masks and social distancing required)! Hike the trails! Enjoy a self-guided, intergenerational Prayer Path experience. (Please note that we will NOT be cranking ice cream or cooking dutch oven desserts together this year.)
  • 5:30pm - Picnic Dinner Grab a hot dog or veggie dog, bun, and condiments provided by camp and then gather at your own picnic table in the Mt. Lodge playfield. Instead of a carry-in meal, all guests will need to bring their own tableware, silverware, drinks, and side dishes to enjoy at their own table.
  • 6:30pm - Fun and Faith-Filled Campfire at the Lake Spread out on the wooden benches or bring a lawn chair as we gather for songs, stories, and scripture! (Masks and social distancing required.)
